Women Standing Tall and the National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) will kick off
the 2012 All-Star Weekend on February 23rd with the All-Star Strike 300 Challenge. NBA All-Stars, Legends, and Rookies, including Moses Malone, Chris Paul, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo, Kyrie Irving, Kemba Walker, and Tobias Harris, are expected to attend. In addition to the above, an expected 30 Legends will participate in the event which will be emceed by Anthony Anderson of Law & Order. These NBA Stars and other celebrities will compete in an evening of competitive bowling for worthy charitable causes.
The monies contributed to this worthwhile fundraiser will assist in supporting and funding Women Standing Tall and Legends Care programs that impact youth & families including mentoring inner city youth, resources to create equitable & quality public education, helping homeless families, creating scholarships and various AIDS organizations.
The NBA Legends and Women Standing Tall are proud to join forces to create and host an evening of giving back and fun. We invite you to join us on what will be a memorable evening.

About the National Basketball Retired Players Association
The National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) is comprised of former professional basketball players from the NBA, ABA and Harlem Globetrotters. It is a 501(c) 3 organization with a mission to develop, implement and advocate a wide array of programs to benefit its members, supporters and the community. The NBRPA was founded in 1992 by basketball legends Dave DeBusschere, Dave Bing, Archie Clark, Dave Cowens and Oscar Robertson. The NBRPA works in direct partnerships with the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association. Arnie D.
